ABOUT JUST BE CT YOGA


My yoga journey began over 20 years ago when I began taking yoga classes to tap into stillness.  Inspired by my teachers, I began a daily practice and enrolled in the teacher training at Kripalu School of Yoga.  I have taught yoga throughout the pandemic both online and outdoor classes.

My focus is listening to the body lead, inviting curiosities and opportunities to bring stillness to the mind and joy of being.  Creating intuitive flow, with compassion towards self restoring 

balance and attending to our healing energy within.
